A Good Morning and Evening Skin Care Regime

  • Toner – It is the second necessary step after the cleansing of your face. Choose a toner that suits your skin. If you have acne or sensitive skin, use specifically formulated toners. Try to avoid toners that contains alcohol, as it dries up the skin. Apply toner on your face and neck with the help of cotton balls. Never dry your skin with any cloth after applying toner, let it air dry instead.

  • Moisturizer – Moisturizers help you to keep your skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. Many people think that oily skin doesn't require a moisturizer. It is not true - if your skin is oily, use a moisturizer that is formulated for oily skin. Your eyes need special care - try Revitol eye cream for the skin there.   • Cleanser – Yes! You need to clean your skin at night as well. Your face is the main part of your body that has to face the dirt and other pollutants all day. First remove your makeup, and then clean your skin with a suitable cleanser. It won't take more than a couple of minutes.

  • Exfoliator – Use a good exfoliator to remove the dead cells from your face. Usually, you don't have to exfoliate daily, you can do it twice or three times a week. By removing all the unwanted dead skin cells, fresher and healthier skin will regrow and revitalize from underneath.

  • Moisturizer – A moisturizer is necessary at night to keep your skin hydrated while you sleep. Use a nighttime moisturizer that contains an anti-oxidant that helps your skin repair itself. A good moisturizer at night also acts as an anti-aging agent.

Your sleeping position is also important for your skin. Sleep on your back to prevent puffiness of your eyes in the morning. Enjoy your new and easy beauty regime!
